Bike and bags

This is my equipment list. It changes quite often, but the base is getting closer and closer to an ideal list for my use and expectations.
It could be lighter, or heavier. But it suits me and my practice. Nothing too much, nothing missing. A happy middle way between luxury and comfort, simplicity and minimalism.

The bike is designed to have a rather flexible carrying capacity. Because depending on the weather, the clothes change. And depending on the degree of wilderness, you end up taking more water and food. Anyway, it has to be able to compress to a minimum if I don't need it, but have something to carry more if necessary.

Depending on how much food and water I need, I have water pouches and waterproof bags to maximise capacity, which I can attach here and there.

Everything evolves, according to the desires, the needs and the means. But also the countries, continents, weather conditions and the degree of isolation of the places where I ride.
